Auditions:

Auditions are arranged for on an individual basis by emailing LyricalOperaTheater@gmail.com or by calling Jessie Pugmire at 801-493-9089. Please note that we ONLY use local Utah artists. We are a family oriented opera company providing singing opportunities for local artists so they can stay home with their regular income providing jobs and their loved ones and still have the opportunity to sing in professional community productions.

To audition, please provide us digital copies of:
• Résumé
• Headshot
• Short bio of 650 characters or less

Audition instructions: Please be prepared with at least one operatic aria. We prefer to hear arias from roles you believe you could sing from upcoming productions. We sing with full orchestral accompanmiment tracks, so please have one that you are prepared to sing with. We have a speaker we can hook your music playing device into. We would like to see your acting abilities.

Note: We need 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an audition unless you are sick. If we don't receive the 24 hours notice or you don't show up, you will need to wait for two years to re-apply for an audition.
